Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery destination.

Australia

• Flat items: Standard $3 / Express $10

• Bulk items: Standard $5 / Express $10

United States

• Untracked $15 / Tracked $22.30

Rest of world: calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below before ordering.

Non-returnable items

The following are made to order or final sale and can't be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty:

• Stickers, including all custom and personalised orders

• Gift packs

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returnable items

Air fresheners and Jet Tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to request a return

To start a return, contact us at support@torquebot.io with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@torquebot.io within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
